Focus on selling specialized software like CAD extraction tools and resume parsers, plus normal and e-commerce website solutions, by leveraging cold calling and exceptional customer handling skills.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute cold calls daily to identify prospects and pitch tailored solutions for CAD extraction, resume parsing, and application development or website needs.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through effective customer handling, objection resolution, and follow-ups.
  • Generate qualified leads, conduct demos, and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Update CRM systems with call logs, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize offerings and drive business growth.
 
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, with strong expertise in cold calling and customer handling (B2B software/services ideal).
  • Outstanding verbal communication in English and Tamil, with persuasive skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Seamless, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record in lead generation and conversions.
  • Any degree; familiarity with software/website sales is a plus.
