Key Responsibilities
- Execute cold calls daily to identify prospects and pitch tailored solutions for CAD extraction, resume parsing, and application development or website needs.
- Build and nurture client relationships through effective customer handling, objection resolution, and follow-ups.
- Generate qualified leads, conduct demos, and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Update CRM systems with call logs, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize offerings and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, with strong expertise in cold calling and customer handling (B2B software/services ideal).
- Outstanding verbal communication in English and Tamil, with persuasive skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Seamless, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
