About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Generation & Research Analyst who can go beyond basic data collection and focus on intelligent research, targeted lead generation, and personalized outreach. This role is not about cold calling. It is about identifying high-intent companies, understanding their context, and executing customized email and LinkedIn campaigns to generate meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification
• Identify companies that are:
• actively hiring (especially tech, AI, product, engineering roles)
• investing in new development initiatives
• expanding teams or entering new markets
• recently funded or undergoing digital transformation
• Track signals like hiring trends, funding, leadership hires, and product launches.
2. Lead Generation & Contact Discovery
• Identify decision-makers such as:
• Founders / Co-founders
• CTOs / Tech Leads / Product Heads / Engineering Leaders / Operations Heads
• Find verified email IDs, contact numbers, and LinkedIn profiles
• Maintain high-quality and accurate lead data.
3. Data Qualification & Enrichment
• Qualify leads based on:
• relevance to IT / AI services
• company size and growth stage
• hiring and budget signals
• Maintain structured lead lists and CRM updates.
4. Customized Email Campaigns
• Draft and execute highly personalized email campaigns
• Customize messaging based on:
• company context
• hiring signals
• industry and use case relevance
• Track open rates, replies, and optimize messaging.
5. LinkedIn Outreach Campaigns
• Create and execute personalized LinkedIn connection and messaging strategies
• Engage prospects with context-driven messages (not generic outreach)
• Follow up strategically to improve response rates
6. Tools & Platforms
• Use tools like:
• LinkedIn / Sales Navigator
• Apollo / ZoomInfo / Lusha
• Crunchbase / company research tools
• Email automation tools
• Work with CRM and spreadsheets to manage pipeline data.
